Helpful things to know
- There are no right or wrong answers. Your first instinct is usually the most useful one.

- You can move backwards and forwards between sections and change any answer.
- If a question does not seem to fit you, choose the closest option that applies, or leave it blank.
- Use the buttons at the top to make the text bigger or increase contrast if that helps.
