Workplace Autism Assessments

Connect Assessment with Workplace Success

Our Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) assessments are available if you suspect you are neurodiverse/neurodivergent and are concerned about self-management at work. These clinical assessments are suitable for working professionals with no current diagnosis of ASD, but wish to be formally assessed for this condition.

Most autism assessments stop at the recommendations section of a final report. Findings are handed to someone else to decipher. TPP closes this gap. The same clinicians who conduct your assessment stay involved, working directly with the employer to translate recommendations into practical workplace strategies for wellbeing and performance gains.

Our comprehensive online ASD diagnostic assessment service for adults include:

  • Use of multiple information sources and clinical interview

  • A combination of assessment methods to provide an accurate assessment

  • Two final reports:

    • Client facing clinical report

    • Organisation facing summary and recommendations report

  • One client-only feedback session

  • Two workplace translation sessions, jointly held with employee and employer

  • Fully remote assessments and follow-up

Felt extremely comfortable, listened to, validated. It was daunting but felt immediately at ease with Jason’s delivery.

FAQ

What does this assessment involve?

A full diagnostic autism assessment conducted by clinicians, with a specific focus on how autistic traits show up in your working life; communication, sensory environment, workload management, and relationships with colleagues. It goes beyond a diagnosis to identify what would help you work at your best.

Why get assessed as a working adult?

Many autistic adults have spent years masking at work, often at real cost to wellbeing and performance. An assessment replaces guesswork with understanding: it explains persistent difficulties, identifies genuine strengths, and gives you and your employer a clear, evidence-based starting point for adjustments that work.

Will my employer see my results?

Two reports are produced; one clinical report only for the employee. A second workplace-facing report is produced which provides a brief summary of assessment findings and workplace recommendations. The employee sees the workplace-facing report before it is released to the employer.

What happens after the assessment?

The same clinicians who assessed you stay involved, working with employee and employer to put the recommendations into practice.

Please note: We do not provide assessments for children or young people. Adult ASD assessments are available for clients based on the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
